# About the project

Summit House Tracker follows one proposal: the Summit House condominium plans beside Downtown Summerlin.

The [Las Vegas Review-Journal](https://www.reviewjournal.com/business/housing/next-chapter-for-summerlin-high-rise-condo-project-in-works-for-las-vegas-community-3897433/) updated its account on October 8, 2026. The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that Howard Hughes Holdings filed plans with Clark County for two 21-story towers and 260 condominiums, and that those records showed no scheduled hearing. David O'Reilly told the paper he did not have pricing, a cost estimate, or a construction timeline.

This site repeats a project claim only with a link to the source that states it. It does not add prices, sale figures, or dates. Claims that lack a source are left off these pages.

The paper says the site is almost 10 acres on the north side of La Madre Mountain Drive between Pavilion Center Drive and Spruce Goose Street, just east of the Downtown Summerlin mall.

The tracker is not the developer and not a sales office. Nothing here is an offer of a residence.
