Who's designing Summit House: the 15-firm team behind Lot E21
A pre-submittal cover sheet for Summit House, Lot E21, lists 15 firms. Hart Howerton is the design architect on that sheet, and SCB is the executive architect. NVBEX names those two and five more of the same firms in its October 14, 2026 report.
The sheet prints “ISSUED FOR PRE-SUBMITTAL” and the date 06.15.2026. Its owner line reads Block E21 Summerlin Development Management Company, LLC. NVBEX calls that name the joint venture between Howard Hughes Holdings and Discovery Land Company.
The cover sheet shows 15 firms. It does not show a 16th firm.
